2. Appointment Bookings & Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal scheduling and dedicated patient care, we enforce the following policies:
- Rescheduling: Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot.
- No-Show Policy: Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in booking restrictions or require a non-refundable booking deposit for future sessions.
- Punctuality: Patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to their session. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment durations to avoid disrupting subsequent bookings.
3. Medical Disclosures & Client Responsibility
Your safety is our absolute priority. Patients are solely responsible for disclosing complete, accurate, and up-to-date medical history during consultation, including:
- Current medications (especially blood thinners, retinoids, or photosensitizing drugs).
- Existing skin conditions, allergies, or past keloidal scarring.
- Pregnancy, nursing status, or recent surgical procedures.
- Use of active skincare products (such as AHAs, BHAs, or retinol).
Luxury Derm Clinic is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or a failure to follow prescribed pre/post-care rituals.
4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Payments for consultations, individual treatments, and package subscriptions are due at the time of booking or immediately post-session.
All payments made for clinical services, customized treatment packages, and medical-grade skincare products are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Clinical Outcomes & Expectations
Aesthetic medicine is both a science and an art. While we employ state-of-the-art US-FDA approved technologies and evidence-based techniques, clinical outcomes vary based on individual biology, genetics, and adherence to post-care protocols. We do not guarantee identical results to reference photographs, and multiple sessions are typically required to achieve desired goals.
